On July 10, 2023, the Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting to consider the draft Piedmont Multifamily Objective Design Standards (MODS), consider the draft ADU Incentives program, and receive a progress update on the City’s fair housing policy work, including the 2023-2031 6th Cycle Housing Element.
